To not put too fine a point on it, some recent posts of ours have caused one of the interested parties to C&D WordPress.com and have our blog suspended for a short while. We’re back up but several of the ‘questionable’ posts have been removed.
Whilst the factual truth of the material remains unequivocal, the not-getting-us-sued quotient of them is significantly lower than we’d normally like.
This event, more than any has motivated several interested parties to expand our views of what this blog is going to be used for, and the concept of this blog to change dramatically.
Over the next day or two we will be moving to a private hosting company that values freedom of speech very highly. We’ll be setting up a proper customised domain and we’ll be offering a blog experience (Yes, even I find this notion to be utterly intellectually dubious) that will blow what you’re used to out of the water, and we’ll be bringing on several new people who might actually be entertaining or intellectual [Unlike our current band of unintelligible misfits].
